More About Me

Hi friends, my name is Bailey Hanson and as a trusted real estate advisor, I understand that buying or selling a home is a complex and deeply personal process. I have strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the local market; however, I didn’t get into real estate for the money. I pursued real estate because of my love for exploring and learning about houses. I love learning the unique story behind each home. This passion I had for real estate grew as I developed genuine relationships with local people, hearing their own stories and the “why” behind their move. The transition one makes moving into a new home can be extremely hard, but it is even harder without a partner that takes the time to answer the hard questions and truly get to know your needs and wants. It is in your best interest to find a partner that will be with you every step of the way. You do not need a computer to help you find your dream home. What you really need is a professional partner who is in your corner from the first phone call to after the transaction closes. No google search will ever be as impactful as the relationship we build together.

Here's what I bring to the table:

- Available Monday - Saturday

- Inherently loyal, consistent, and will always have your back

- Keep you informed so there are no surprises

- Enthusiastic about the market and touring houses

- Dedicated to getting you the most bang for your buck!

I can confidently say Utah is the most charming place I’ve lived, full of genuine, community-minded people. I look forward to meeting you and showing you all the ins and outs of the Utah housing scene!

P.S. In case you wanted to know a little bit about me, I am from a small town on the Oregon Coast, Lincoln City. I first fell in love with Utah during my visits every summer before I attended Utah Valley University for my undergraduate. I graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in accounting. In my free time, I love to hang out with my pug, Paisley, go for drives up Butterfield Canyon, play board games, and do various crafts.
